Quality product, efficient subscription deliveries, fair price. Glad I discovered Cornerstone. My personal preference would be a Razor handle that could more easily br gripped than stainless steel surface. Doesn't effect my overall score though. Great service.

Good product but unfortunately overpriced now, I mean £5 for a razor travel guard compared to the £1 Harry's version? It's a shame that today even with the higher costs that everyone has to bear, greed creeps in but many thanks for your service in the past.

Hi William - we offer our travel protector for free when you sign up to Cornerstone. It's true that we do charge £5 (which includes postage and packing costs) for a replacement travel protector. The postage and packing costs alone eat up more than half of the £5, so in effect we are only charging £1-2 for a replacement travel protector, which you seem to think is reasonable :-)

Been using Cornerstone for about 6 year’s in between using other products but still end up going back to them as I seem to get a closer shave with Cornerstone than the others

It started nice and cute… I loved their silky smooth German razor and I subscribed. With every delivery, they started to add products to my box. When I realised I end up paying so much money, I stopped and cancelled subscription immediately. Cornerstone is a sneaky company. When they add something in the box, you have to go and cancel from your account otherwise they ll keep sending and charging for it. Some products I haven even used once! So if you don’t cancel, that means you have consent. What a business practice. They lost my custom, I hate Gilette as well so I bought a cheap safety razor and ultra smooth shaving oil. It is surprisingly good, no cuts or anything. 10 razors for £2 is unbeatable too. I don’t recommend anyone Cornerstone subscription. Not because they have bad product, it is because their business practices.They are not trustable…

Hi Emrys - we only add products to your subscription if you add them yourself. We then send you a 'heads up' email before every single order, 5 days in advance, telling you what we're going to send in your next order, so that you have a chance to remove those products, or change the timing on the delivery. We're the complete opposite of sneaky! It's a shame you never got in touch with our friendly customer service team because we would have happily resolved these issues for you, including arranging a return for any products you had accidentally added to your subscription.

All products ordered are of excellent quality and arrived promptly. When ordering, I had mistakenly not specified that I wanted BOB engraved on my new razor. On contacting Cornerstone, the response was positive and generous. They sent me a replacement engraved razor. Stunning service.

I have subscribed to Cornerstone for several years and I find the products to be of a high quality.I feel as though their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When you pay your monthly subscription the blades should be with you quicker and feel they use the cheapest form for postage which is ideal for there business costs.I also placed a one off purchase for blades and it has taken over 2 weeks and counting to receive my order which is still ongoing despite contacting them 3 times.
