“Great product. Easy to order. I’m afraid the only let down was the use of the post office as couriers. (Our post person has a inability to put anything other than a letter through our letter box) so it meant a trip to the delivery office. I would have preferred a better delivery company such as DHL.”

Sorry to hear about your disappointment Robert! We use Royal Mail as they have given us the best coverage across the UK and the best delivery success rates compared to other delivery courier. Have you considered getting these delivered to your work place or to your safe place when you aren't in? If so, please drop us an email at help@cornerstone.co.uk so we can update your account :-)

“Delivery took a while, razor is decent. Value is good. Would be good to receive testers/freebies to try other products so I know what else to buy.”

“The service is very very good, it raises the standard in terms of what perhaps you should be doing. Take for example wet shaving, always was too busy working to find time to do it properly. Now it just competes with my other hobbies, for my time, thus l find l only wet shave when l am going somewhere new or important to me. It does improve your confidence that you have at least prepared as well as possible for the day ahead”

“Prices of products are ridiculous. Who is going to pay up to £5 for shave gel etc when it’s a quid in the shops? Razor is ok I guess, Though the red cap is annoying as it keeps coming apart! Frequency of razor sales needs to be £14 every 6 months. Stockpiling razors so will probably cancel soon. £14 is still a ridiculous price for razors! Not sure if there’s really much of a saving over Gillette products in the long run.”

Yes you are right, there are shave gel products on the high street for less than what we offer but our prices reflect our high quality. Our members are happy to pay the premium for high quality products and to save them the hassle having to get themselves to the high street and shop around. “My first order was prompt and very well packed. The only problem was that as it was 'Tracked' and I was out I had to wait a further 2 days for redelivery. Perhaps a safe place could be added to an order? Products are excellent the razor is as good as my present one and additionally I can use the cream with my Brush.”
