“I have supported Cornerstone from early days, I like the way they communicate with you and nothing ever seems too much trouble. The products are great and the customer service is second to none, a lot of the bigger companies could learn a lesson or two. Oh and they have a great story, wish you every success for 2020.I am also glad to see your reduction of use in single use plastic it does not go unnoticed.”

“Good quality handle and blades but it is the products that make the difference - really finding shaving much better after using the scrub, shave cream and post-shave balm.”

“First time have used this type of service, love the razor, fantastic close shave. Great scent on the shave cream. Blade guard a little pointless as it looks like it should fit over the whole blade and razor but doesn’t.”

“Overall the service and delivery is excellent. I've tried most of the products now and some fall short of expectations. The face wash was difficult to get out of the tube, so wash the face scrub. Shaving products - razor, balm are very good.”

“Only joined so bit early to judge the repeat service. Love the razor and blades though. 1st order arrived in a beat up box held together with a rubber band but that was most likely the postal service!”

“Utterly mis-leading. Brought a product as xmas gift and didnt know was being signed up to subscription service. Credit card now billed and due to receive a load of products i didn’t ask for. Have sent message and had to sign in to cancel future subscription! No response from cornerstone at present. At no point when purchasing this product did it make it clear it was a subscription product.”

So sorry to hear this - we do try to make the subscription as clear as possible, which is why we ask how often you'd like to receive supplies during the sign up process. It's also very easy to cancel at any time, and we send a notification email a few days before billing. We'd never want anyone to be charged for supplies they require though, so please accept our apologies for that.
