“My wife bought shoes as a gift for someone. From the portadown shop. The assistant told her she could bring them back if they weren't suitable (my wife took that as eligible for a refund). I brought them back and was refused a refund. I was FORCED to take a credit note AND TO ADD MORE INSULT TO A CUSTOMER, it stated on the credit note "CANNOT BE USED AGAINST SALE ITEM'S "????? I am currently checking with trading standards as I don't think this is legal practice. But, we won't ever be using this shop again.”
