“We have been working with Copy Print Services for a number of years now and we have been extremely happy with them, from the installation team through to the support team. If we have ever had any problems with our machine, they have always been responsive and in most cases the issues have been resolve the same day. I would highly recommend using them.”

“60% Saving from Previous Supplier !!!! All options were explained clearly, allowing us to make a properly informed decision. A like new photocopier at a great price alongside a great service contract. No hidden fees. Just a fixed rate per month, which is just what we needed! Copy Print Services are a breath of fresh air compared to our previous supplier! So much money saved for our company - I know they will be straight there to help if we encounter any problems down the line! Thanks James and Neil for making the switch so easy!”

“CPS has been our provider since the conception of our business and has ALWAYS delivered excellent service, pricing and everything we have needed. Being able to upgrade products used through them as we've grown and work with CPS has been brilliant, the team at CPS are responsive, friendly, solution-focused and always on hand if needed for anything (which is rare as they are that good!) Highly recommended in every way”

“Copy Print Services have been a delight to deal with since the start of our relationship. They made it very easy to select a machine, I needed no technical input and I was not confused by options and technical information in any way. The contract and delivery process was very smooth and swift, I even received a box of chocolates with the new kit! Servicing is excellent, if I have any issue a friendly and knowledgeable technician is usually on site within an hour or so to help. I really couldn't fault these guys and whole heartedly recommend them.”

“Excellent service from Neil & Adam, who installed our new copier earlier this morning. They were both very polite, professional and helpful. They explained the operating instructions. “I have known John for a number of years and have used his services multiple times and introduced John to many of my contacts. “The printer is good at its job, its fast and convenient to use. It's a bit annoying that there is a limit to how many documents can be scanned at once, but other then that it's great.”

Hi Jack, Firstly, many thanks for your feedback. I will give you a ring you to discuss this as there is no limit to the number of documents that can be scanned, you just need to use the job build function on the device.

“Aspin FM Ltd were looking for a new solution for our printing and copying needs. Having been introduced to Russell at a local event, we were impressed by his immense knowledge of printers and how he immediately understood our demands and needs as a business. His recommendations have proved to be exactly what our business needed and we are extremely happy with our decision to place our business with Copy Print Services. The monitoring software has done exactly what we were told it would do and we were pleasantly surprised when the replacement toner arrived in plenty of time before the installed one needed changing. “I have been a customer of Copy Print for quite some years whilst working for a local primary school and Bolton Dementia Support. Their prices are good, their machines are reliable and all the staff go above and beyond to assist you in any way. Yesterday we put a service call in to set up a new laptop on the printer. We had a call back within 20 minutes - all sorted. We buy paper from them as well as copying. Don't be fooled by 'cheap' deals on copiers. Copy Print are local and matchless. Thank you John and the whole Team.”

“The order process from sale through to installation was really easy. Russ provided us with a great deal and Neil provided us with a smooth easy installation. We have had no issues with the machine so far, but I'm assuming that our account manager Lisa will be on hand to help if we do as any questions that I have had so far have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.”
