"The Delivery was great and communication was good two \r\nproduct was great as well \r\nthe reason for 3 stars is that they did not inform me that i will need a certificate to take my order and only did when they received the payment \r\noverall everything else was fine "

"I decided to order from Cooleasy because they had a range of different brands to choose from and the prices were reasonable. They were also honest - another website showed they had a unit in stock, but when I messaged them, they didn't and weren't expecting it for a while... \r\n\r\nI ordered a DolceClima Compact 8 portable unit and received it the next day - which I was sooooo grateful for! \r\n\r\nI needed to call Cooleasy and half expected to be in queue for an hour... but got through straight away. Spoke to Jonathan a couple of times and found him friendly and helpful. \r\n\r\nI've already recommended Cooleasy to a couple of friends looking for AirCon units and, if we decide to get another unit for downstairs, we'll get it from here. "

"I was very disappointed to find the courier had lost and damaged my compressor when I asked if my warranty would still be valid if I used the batted compressor the answer was yes but when I asked if I would be compensated for the inconvenience of having a damaged item the answer was NO which I was very disappointed about because I am very sure that Easycool will be claiming from the couriers insurance!!!"
