“Modified rapture (as G&S put it). It works, but is completely different to the picture of the one I ordered. That looked exactly like the old one. I think it's very expensive for a simple electronic device, but there we are. Quite frankly the postage and packing was extortionate. £12.50 for a Jiffy bag!”

“not very happy with after service charged £310 for call out to tighten one nut and refill coolant after some phoning round did get this reduced to £210 which I think is a rip off”

Hi Steven, Im sorry you feel our service was overprices but its at least 3 hours driving, approx 3 hours work and £80 of refrigerant & £28 of Oxygen Fee Nitrogen for pressure testing. That works out at just over £33 per hour. Also the tools to get this type of job done is over £3000 worth.

“After doing loads of research online on what air con unit to buy for heating an annex, I gave Cooleasy a call to discuss my findings, as they had some pretty competitive prices online. I spoke to Neil (I think!) who took the time to explain all my options, which really helped in making my final decision on which unit to buy. Back to the internet to get the cheapest price and it came down to two companies; one of them being Cooleasy who were ever so slightly more expensive. Because of the conversation I'd had and the reassurance from Cooleasy that I could call them with any questions that I might have, I decided to purchase the unit from them. It turned up the next day and, thanks to the advice and guidance, it's now working brilliantly heating the annex at a fraction of the cost of electric radiators. I'm not sure that we'll use it for cooling, given our wonderful British summers, but I'm very happy with the service I received, and was happy to pay a little bit extra for it.”

“No expensive premium phone line to speak to the sales department, like some others I looked at. They answered all the questions I had for them, and helped my make the right choice a/c unit. They had very competitive prices, and they were easy to deal with. I would recommend them highly.”

“Ordered PVC trunking but dimensions, crucially, the cross section was much smaller than advertised in the product listing. The product was therefore entirely unsuitable for my needs as I needed a minimum internal cross sectional area to accommodate extractor fan ducting. In fairness to CoolEasy, they investigated the issue quickly and it seems the manufacturer specification documentation was incorrect. There was no quibble offering a refund and they didn't put me through the hassle of having to return the goods. So, although my rating is given as poor as my requirements were not met, the way they dealt with the issue was satisfactory under the circumstances.”

“Only purchased one to start with to see how it performs, Its very quiet, quickly heats/chills the room. Installation was reasonably straight forward the only thing missing to make it perfect was some clips to secure the pipes and a allen key to open & close the valves. I will be buying more of these, Nice and easy company to deal with.”

“Well my husband has just finished fitting in our bedroom, and I am more than happy. Was looking at air con units for a while, and by chance came across Cool Easy, I gave them a quick ring and spoke to Neil who was more than happy to give me more information , product arrived early Friday morning as promised , and my husband got the job done on Saturday , seems to be working a dream. “I came across Cooleasy's name while searching for the cheapest (named brand) easyfit WiFi Heat Pump for a room at the end of my garden, I have absolutely no regrets! I knew very little about heat pumps, except that they were cheap to run and I must say that, from the first of my many calls to Neil of Cooleasy, to the purchase of the unit and the actual fitting, the experience far exceeded my expectations. It took me less than a day to fit and now that the unit is installed, looks very neat, heats very well, is very quiet and can be controlled via WiFi . Thanks again Neil for all the assistance, you're a star! Richard”

“Purchased this air con to heat and cool a summerhouse that I had just completed. Instructions are average but you need a good engineering background or at least understanding to be confident of a good outcome. The equipment supplied and the procedure went well. There are some good and effective warnings in the instructions to guide you away from damaging the air con accidentally during installation. I had purchased the bracket to mount the external unit as an extra, that was a mistake on my behalf as the summerhouse acted as a sound board and made its use almost impossible. Discarded the bracket and mounted the external unit on a concrete plinth. The outcome is superb, unbelievably quiet, very effective heating and cooling. Overall, I'm totally delighted and pleasantly surprised.”

“I fitted the unit w/e of 9/10 Apr whilst visiting relations up north. Biggest worry was uncoiling the pipes but eventually worked out ok. Unit seems to work perfectly so mother is very happy with it. Thanks again for all your help.”
