“Only purchased one to start with to see how it performs, Its very quiet, quickly heats/chills the room. Installation was reasonably straight forward the only thing missing to make it perfect was some clips to secure the pipes and a allen key to open & close the valves. I will be buying more of these, Nice and easy company to deal with.”

“Well my husband has just finished fitting in our bedroom, and I am more than happy. Was looking at air con units for a while, and by chance came across Cool Easy, I gave them a quick ring and spoke to Neil who was more than happy to give me more information , product arrived early Friday morning as promised , and my husband got the job done on Saturday , seems to be working a dream. “I came across Cooleasy's name while searching for the cheapest (named brand) easyfit WiFi Heat Pump for a room at the end of my garden, I have absolutely no regrets! I knew very little about heat pumps, except that they were cheap to run and I must say that, from the first of my many calls to Neil of Cooleasy, to the purchase of the unit and the actual fitting, the experience far exceeded my expectations. It took me less than a day to fit and now that the unit is installed, looks very neat, heats very well, is very quiet and can be controlled via WiFi . Thanks again Neil for all the assistance, you're a star! Richard”

“Thanks for the advice and all the hard work you put into helping us with our order, we are so glad we took your advice and opted for the LG Libero it is so quiet. “Purchased this air con to heat and cool a summerhouse that I had just completed. Instructions are average but you need a good engineering background or at least understanding to be confident of a good outcome. The equipment supplied and the procedure went well. There are some good and effective warnings in the instructions to guide you away from damaging the air con accidentally during installation. I had purchased the bracket to mount the external unit as an extra, that was a mistake on my behalf as the summerhouse acted as a sound board and made its use almost impossible. Discarded the bracket and mounted the external unit on a concrete plinth. The outcome is superb, unbelievably quiet, very effective heating and cooling. Overall, I'm totally delighted and pleasantly surprised.”

“I fitted the unit w/e of 9/10 Apr whilst visiting relations up north. Biggest worry was uncoiling the pipes but eventually worked out ok. Unit seems to work perfectly so mother is very happy with it. Thanks again for all your help.”

“I bought this item about two weeks ago & have fitted it in my conservatory myself. The instructions are comprehensive as it is important you join the pipe work & remove the air to a set sequence. I took my time & the unit has been working fine. If you have reasonable DIY skills you should be fine. It looks great with it's black face & is really easy to use & warms/cools the room quickly. Great product at a competitive price with helpful staff assistance if you have any queries”
