“I couldn't have hoped for a better transaction. I called for advice and got a very helpful and knowledgeable person, placed the order online and received the units the following day. I have never fitted an AC unit but the instructions were very clear and if you follow then to the letter you won't have problems. I'm really pleased and the price was excellent.”

“Very simple and informative website, made my choice of air condition unit very easy. I was given a dispatch date, but unfortunately there was a slight delay, outside the control of CoolEasy, who kept me updated constantly. I feel let down by a lot of companies who don't give two hoots about customers, or customer service, however Cooleasy went above what was expected, in order for me to receive my product. It is very refreshing to see a company to deliver this high level of customer service......so a huge thank you, and a definite recommendation for this excellent and reliable company. We are sorry for the delay in getting your order out but almost everyone in the country was trying to purchase AC units at the same time over a 5 day period. We did try and call all the customers to tell them the delivery would be late as we physically could not get them on the trucks but im sure we missed a few calls.

“Fantastic service and customer care. Fitting the air conditioning unit was fairly trouble free, You do need reasonable DIY skills to manage it, but the installation instructions are excellent, so no worries for the compotent Diyer. Would recommend cooleasy to anyone looking for an air conditioning unit and would definitely use them again in the future.”

“So easy to install we had it done in 3 hours. The service from the suppliers was excellent, had a couple of bits ordered wrong but they call you to let you no you have ordered wrong bits, brilliant service. Will defenently order again.”

“After doing loads of research online on what air con unit to buy for heating an annex, I gave Cooleasy a call to discuss my findings, as they had some pretty competitive prices online. I spoke to Neil (I think!) who took the time to explain all my options, which really helped in making my final decision on which unit to buy. Back to the internet to get the cheapest price and it came down to two companies; one of them being Cooleasy who were ever so slightly more expensive. Because of the conversation I'd had and the reassurance from Cooleasy that I could call them with any questions that I might have, I decided to purchase the unit from them. It turned up the next day and, thanks to the advice and guidance, it's now working brilliantly heating the annex at a fraction of the cost of electric radiators. I'm not sure that we'll use it for cooling, given our wonderful British summers, but I'm very happy with the service I received, and was happy to pay a little bit extra for it.”
