“Really impressed, better than I thought. Easy install as well, took about 4 hours. Wife is so happy now the conservatory is cool. Heating is nice as night if it gets a bit nippy too. Really surprised how well they heat.”

“This really is an excellent product. Almost silent in bedroom, compressor outside on vibration resistant mounts almost silent. Two tips: Do not insulate the condensate hose, the inside unit will not fit back on the bracket if you do. Also installation manual vague on where to connect mains supply. I connected mine to internal unit. Didnt work. Phoned cooleasy, they advised wiring had changed and mains now had to be connected to outside unit. Apart from that, best split unit I have ever seen at this price and build quality. Five stars for unit and cooleasy support.”
