“Neil sorted out the parts I wanted from LG which are rare in the uk and was very helpful in informing me about various technical details about my LG heatpump which I had not been able to find on the Internet. Their team is very knowledgeable and helpful and I cannot recommend them enough. Stephen”

“Warranty not honoured Ordered air conditioning unit from this company and it developed a fault within 12 months company ignored me and did not honour the warranty if you know the unit was only eight months old this company is a bag of manure keep away you've been warned And the phone lines don't work and they do not reply to any emails”

“Easy to order online and when I have phoned for assistance the staff are always really helpful and if they don't know the answer they will find someone who does. They arranged for the delivery to arrive on a day that I would be in to receive it.”

“I bought the comfee 12000easy to fit yourself, but you still need an F-gas engineer to gas it. I'm sitting here typing this and outside it's a cool 7C inside 21c And using about 7-8 pence an hour Hoping to see bigger benefits away from storage heating in spring and autumn with having more control”
