Happy with CoolCare software for our Nursing Home. We use it for staff and residents' details, payroll, invoicing and just starting to set up rotas. Good customer service and help from the technical team if we need it.

Been using Coolcare Software for many years having initially started with CoolCare 3 and now moving to CoolCare 4. It is a great tool for managing Staff and Residents and the reports we can get and information at our fingertips is invaluable in a busy Care Home Group Always on hand is we have any issues and quick to sort out any issues

The whole system from the development side needs reviewing. Cancelling shifts and reallocating takes time. If you could drag and drop should save time. Not been able to view holiday entitlement for the next year or what others have booked in advance is a nightmare to keep a check on. Yes you can book and it won’t allow you to book over your entitlement but there is no quick glance to what has been booked for the year ahead.

We have been using Coolcare for over a year now, and have found it a really easy system to use. We use it for Residents and Staff payroll and it has been amazing. The sales support is really helpful with online chat and any issues that we have are sorted out promptly.

As a system, it largely meets our needs but not completely. I feel there are certain basic expectations lacking, which is surprising.

The app is good; it had a few issues at the beginning but it seems like those issues have been resolved. The customer/support team are very helpful when you call them. They seem to be patient, they make sure that any problem or issue you may have is resolved or dealt with. I have used similar apps before but CoolCare is much better. It does everything I need, as a manager.

Some functions are very drawn out eg putting shifts onto rota - would be helpful to only click once into employee and select shifts just like careblox
