“I have been using Control Freq for about 6 years and have found their products to be well priced, robust and reliable. “Simple enough device and does the job as described. The only downside is that the PSU is a little cumbersome to install.”

Thanks for your review Ian. To clarify, regarding the power supply, we have 3 different types. One is a wall plug in, another is a desktop type (where the installer can hardwire it by cutting the plug off) and another we only supply to trade installers is a matchbox size hardwired unit. If you need a smaller power supply next time, we can help. All the best Noel

“Item was out of stock so was given an upgraded product - Result! Then really surprised when the item arrived next day! This is customer service with a high bar, even with contactability of the service centre at weekends - Noel kindly led me into the 21st Century, and now am set up and running, thanks guys.”

“I purchased my auto dialler about 2 years ago and have just removed it from the site it was installed in. I needed to inquire about how to remotely switch the relay. So I contacted Control Freq by way of their support line on their website. I was very surprised to get an immediate response and an answer to my technical query. I would recommend Control Freq 100%.
