“A good (I believe) but pricey product. Normally a fairly speedy delivery (which is paid for). I ordered 2 bottles almost 2 months ago and still yet to receive them. In communication with the company who’ve agreed to waive the shipping costs but I’m still waiting and have had to chase them a number of times. Would be great to see a more proactive customer service approach and to get the costs down.”

The products you ordered are some of our fastest selling products which are imported and sometimes there are customs delays. Around the time of your orders we also moved from an in-house to an external 3PL warehouse. This added further delays which we can only apologise for.
We're also constantly reviewing our pricing structure to ensure it reflects the quality and value of our products, as well as exploring ways to enhance the overall affordability. We are hoping to be able to reduce the shipping cost of some of our key products now we have moved to the 3PL warehouse and will keep you updated about this.

“I downsized into an apartment at the end of November & it became clear I hadn’t downsized enough! As the dust started to settle I became very aware of the excess of LED’s provided (even on the radiators) including a smart meter and that my mobility issues seemed worse. I dowsed the room energies and found they were negative. I took a chance on a QiHome and yes it certainly changes room to positive energy. The Sweet Dreams bulbs & bedside lamp gives a gorgeous restful amber glow better than the ‘blue’ leds already installed. Too early to say on the longterm benefits as I am learning to only have the router on when necessary. But given known risks to eye health with leds, I’m very optimistic.
Ordered shortly before Christmas and received promptly, will be ordering more products shortly.
