“I would like to say how useful and comprehensive Conquermaths is! I am a Maths and Science teacher working with pupils (primary and secondary) who are not able to attend school for medical reasons. Conquermaths is a super resource as pupils can learn and work when they are on their own- as well as when I am actively teaching. For many children, it isn't helpful to just read from a book or screen- they need to have a 'voice' to project the lesson into their senses especially whenthey are sitting alone. I have tried many other websites and the few that have a voice over sound quite robotic - The Conquermaths voiceover is very easy on the ears- and my pupils find it interesting. They love working towards the certificates and it spurs them on to completing a course of work- and repeating work that they haven't done so well in -to improve their score. The only thing that some of them find hard- and isn't as intuitive- is the marking scheme on some of the worksheets- where they have to search for the right answer when marking. I would prefer straightforward answer 'submit' buttons at the end of each question. This is a small issue though and overall I think Conquermaths is brilliant. Teacher in Bury Greater Manchester”

“My sons needs excel my knowledge when it comes to maths and this is the most simple and effective way to teach maths... a real life saver! Would recomend this to evryone. I love the fact that i get a report each week and can pprint his work too. Worth every penny”

“Within a fortnight Dania has changed from a child who looked on maths with complete disinterest to someone who borrows my laptop to take upstairs in the evening to 'do some maths'. I have investigated a few computer maths programmes before but not been impressed by them, but conquermaths is a revelation. I am sure many other home-educating families would benefit from it.”

“We have just started using it and I think it is excellent but my 9 yr old daughter is still doubtful. She is phobic about Maths and I have found it useful as a diversion from my relationship with her, so we have less conflict, and she can use it in my absence as well. We both like the Australian male voice. We have called him "Jonathan". The lessons are short enough to keep her attention for the time required to teach her something, and the tests are good because she is beginning to see signs of progress which is VITAL to raise her confidence and improve her attitude to Maths. She lacks confidence because her fellow students mock her at school because she is supposedly 'bad' at Maths. On the downside, she said the lessons were 'boring'. She is a very visual, kinaesthetic learner so she would be more entertained by the use of humour, personified numbers, pictures and suchlike, but you can't have everything!”

“Great educational site. I wanted to start a business like this because I have been searching for such a quality site for my girl and then I stumbled on conquermaths through schools guide. My business focus has been chnaged since the product I dreamed of and desire now exist. My daughter is fully committed to working hard since I signed up, She got her gold certificate yesterday and is working towards Platinum standard going forward. “I started Conquer Maths as my daughter was struggling with maths and I felt the personal tutor she had was not covering enough of the school curriculum. She is now doing amazingly well and Conquer Maths helps her brush up on her Maths before we start a new term. We find this really helpful as we can work one to one before she attempts questions in class. My son has also enjoyed his lessons and works well above his class level. We will be back next summer!”

“I loved this service its a very easy way to learn maths. unfortunately i have so much going on right now, i just cant give maths the attention it deserves. The only thing I would change about this service is how the quizzes are executed at the end of a session. I think it would be much better if the questions where generated so it would be much harder to remember the answers to them. It would also be better if it was along the lines of ask a question answer a question instead of a sheet of questions that also comes with a sheet of answers.”
