“I wanted to add another driver on my work van, my insurance is 400 pounds, I was informed that to add another driver would cost 850 pounds on top of my existing policy so I went online to see how much it would be to take out a new policy with the other driver on it, I got a result of 600 pounds from the same company that wanted to charge me an extra 850 pounds, so I phoned them to cancel my old policy and take them up on the new quote, they just kept cutting me off and passing me to different departments, after 2 hours I gave up, I just hope that one day I get the chance to treat them like s..t and return the compliment”
