“Started to fill in my truck insurance renewal online as the quote was OK and I was happy to renew again. Then I get a phone call from your call centre as I'm renewing the quote having paid the deposit online to be asked a few questions about a claim I had made a couple of years ago to be informed there was some confusion and the monthly payments would increase from £30 to over £40 a month because the under writer wasn't happy. There didn't seem to have been a problem last year when I renewed maybe because I paid the premium upfront but I wasn't happy about the way this was done and I will be checking other companies now”
“All my problems started with you. What did you recommend to me, who did you put me in touch with, was it an insurance company, was it a broker? Nothing is clear and now I am in terrible trouble. I will never recommend you to anyone and I don't want to know anything more about you. Even if someone wants insurance, I will tell them that you are the worst choice.”
“Helpful to find prices. But a couple of the providers changed there price once i phoned them because when i tried online it said i could not do it online and had to contact them. Then they added extras on. Which i already had on my last insurance. Plus when you ask a question they said they will have to email the insurance company to ask a question because they didnt know the answer as they were only a company that sorts insurance out as there not the insurer. Had to wait 2 days for a reply. It was only a simple question.”
