“I don’t know where the problem lay. But on my confused.com search I put that my insurance should cover social, pleasure and commuting. However the quotes I received back did not include commuting. I had to put that in again on the providers site stating I needed carriage insurance (and of course the price increased). This was not an option on the confused.com search.”
