“I took out motor insurance with confused last year, following an unfortunate RTA the insurance company robbed me of five years no claims despite having protected my no claims bonus.
Despite appealing this the insurance company have argued stating Confused did not send this info over to them where they did not acknowledge I selected to protect my no claims.
I did email Confused and was asked to explain this all again, despite having responded I have had no response from them since.
This is very disappointing...”
