Only an online chat, which after waiting 20 minutes in a queue, then spent another hour to sort out a refund, as I realised they weren’t the best after all, then they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee for an insurance policy which wasn’t even live for another two weeks! Avoid them at all costs! Shocking customer service!”
