“I took out insurance yesterday 18/06/23 accepted it online then said need to confirm details over phone rang advised long que so requested call back so far that have called back 3 times for less than 1 second not enough time to answer phone I have rung again 4 times today 19/06/23 again long wait times requested 4 call backs so far nothing and I’m still Not insured Not happy at all with service and still getting texts asking me to call them Service is Hopeless when I get through I’m going to totally cancel and get insurance from another provider.”
