“For some reason when I edit details such as additional driver claims it doesn’t save so when provider rings they charge to edit quote!! I changed it a few times to make sure & still it reset itself. Insurance went up because of this!! Will look elsewhere next year!”
“After completing all the forms on line had to speak to someone on telephone after paying for insurance they now needed to speak to the person insuring the van even though it had been paid for why would anyone pay for your van insurance then it was so difficult to understand the person as it was a very blurred line it was a bit stressful I know we have Covid but this was crazy”
