“Would be a higher score, but it’s confusing (no pun intended) to understand whether the policy you purchase has been accepted as being via Confused.com. I am also unable to access any rewards on the app (even from a previous policy I bought earlier in the year). Still waiting for an answer to my query. I am happy to be patient, but if I were to recommend, maybe others might not be as patient.”
