“Completed the proposal with a slight error and proceeded with the quote provided by budget , realised my error after payment budget doubled the initial quote for an SP30 which was another £400 when I reviewed it on your website it should only have been another £34 not £400 so I requested a refund and they charged a £30 cancellation cost even though the policy wasn't due to start for over 2 weeks and I had contacted them after a few hours , I lost faith in them and you as the provider of this low end insurance provider , I will refer it to the financial ombudsman as I believe it's sharp practice and lacks goodwill and is a poor level of service , I will never deal with them or confused for those reasons . This is how you lose custom in this market”

“I was appalled by the 35% price increase for renewing my car insurance, especially was there was a similar increase the year before, and I have maximum no claims, and no claims for at least 20 years. Going through Confuded.com quickly found me an alternative, at about the same price as the previous year.”
