“We found Confused.com for car insurance quite useful, they cover quite wide data base which is very competitive price wise. Their data filtering also provide a wide choice of options. In other word, Confused.com system in reality just works opposite of its name shake. We have no reservation to recommend "Cofused.com" for data analysis.”

“I insured my car through you and have done for many years. This year I decided to go with a new insurer this year but since then my current insurer has given me a better price. When I contacted the new provider (cover starts on 1/3/25) they would not allow me to cancel my policy without paying a fee of £30! My policy has not even started and they say they charge a fee because I went through confused.com and even though I am well within my 14 day cooling off period they will still charge for a policy I have not used. In future, I may not use comparison sites in order to avoid issues!”
