“Both me and my partner regularly use and buy various insurances from Confused. My last insurance was for my car but for some reason the quote was for my partners car, I tried many times to get a quote for my car but only succeeded by entering my every detail about me and car again. Good benefits and prices always means Confused is my first port of call for insurance.”

“I’ve just can’t change my details easily. My annual mileage has been reduced to 1000 miles. My wife had her name altered and to cap it off my insurance date altered to 18 days after my policy finished. I tried to alter all 3 errors and only successfully altered the annual mileage. Now after using the updated website I have lost the will to live. I’ve also got an insurance policy that does not start until 18 days time. They want a lot of money to alter the policy but changed my wife’s name for free. What have you done to the website it used to be so easy. I doubt if you will get my customer in future.”
