“Sadly updating car details in the main confused.com site did not get retained for quote details. I inputted the info 3 times; redid my quotes; but each time it no longer existed in insurance offers. I then tried to change it within specific insurance offers and whilst this appeared to then be recorded it then lost my request for NCP. I got fed up resubmitting and losing information so gave up using Confused.”
