“I was given a quote of £495 for car insurance, but when I went to buy it, the actual price was £811! The insurance company blamed the lack of information gathered when entering the details into a comparison site. If more specific information is needed, then confused.com should be be providing quotes without it”

“As I'm 70+ I found this very difficult and time consuming. I would rather talk to someone to arrange my insurance. This took me 1 1/2 hours, to do on line, very stressful. I did phone the number, which was all ortomatated, and iwas cut off several times. Unsure how I will manage next year.”
