“The annual renewal quote is a "bait and switch". They send a low offer of insurance on your vehicle, giving your vehicle reg and type. This quote is based on their ideal criteria, not on what may be reality. They have looked up a certain amount of information about you, but only enough to give a low quote. When you fill in all the relevant material on the quote the price goes up, sometimes considerably. Personally it causes me to lower the amount of trust I have in this company - who are, after all, out to make a profit from people who use their services.”

“I was disappointed when I rang to insure my car because you were closed! New Years Day. So when I rang the following day, the pricehad increased by approximately £ 40! I still went ahead and insured my car wi th you, as even at the increased price, it was still better than others I'd checked. So I'm very happy to have dealt with Peter who was very kind to me (as I'm deaf!) and helped me through the answers needed for the questions asked. I will certainly check with you next year when my car needs Car Insurance for 2026.”
