“Good to find the best deal. I look for low cost, but with a known company and good reviews. I took insurance with Aviva via confused.com in 2024. I also used their listing in 2025, but although there were cheaper deals than Aviva I stopped with them. One failing in my view is that Confused.com send you messages regarding searches etc and remind you to follow up or whatever, but they don't allow you to reply. In my case that I was renewing with my existing company.”

“Very easy to search and set up and everything i needed from my insurance company. I even got a few extras, that weren't planned. The insurance is over £200 cheaper from other quotes and is a like for like, so very happy.”

“Confused.com provided a quick and easy means of identifying a wide range of insurance providers outside my scope of knowledge with the ability to compare in detail the cost and cover and cover available. I have to say however, that the company, Budget which were recommended as the cheapest and best deal and which I was in the process of choosing suddenly changed the price of £549 to £740 at the point where payment was to be made which would have resulted in considerable loss and inconvenience if had not been observant.”
