“Tried on 2 occasions to accept renewal quotea with Aviva and general accident. Won't let me complete quote. Rang telephone number supplied and gave up after 1 hour holding. Will now have to go with leas favourable renewal with existing provider as due 8.04.25 as have lost time to shop around. This may be an issue with provider but confusedly promote these companies.”
