“Generally speaking the quotes given and the website navigation were good, the only poor point was the valuation of my car which was approx. £3000 less than current market prices. I only found this out AFTER I had paid for my insurance and checked all the documents. I then had to modify my cover and pay an increased fee. I realise that undervaluing the car allows you to quote lower prices than the other comparison sites but you don't need to do it and if you do, at least show what you have valued the car at.”
