“I was with my previous insurance company fore 2 years every year they vertually doubled the renewal quote went to confused.com and got car insurance for half price very very happy”

“Well I entered the information required, which was okay, which ticked all what I needed and gave me a price, then moving on it goes to add on’s then it became confusing, Everything that was ticked it was asking again and price was changing? Don’t understand this you have my existing information so why are you asking again? All you should be asking is has anything changed or would you like to add anything. So now I’ll have ring each insurance company individually. For a price Thanks”

“As a lady well into her 70's, I am not very computer savvy ! I found the Confused site easy to navigate and was very pleased with the quotes I received. My renewal quote from my old insurer was over £60 more than the quote I chose and offered me much more comprehensive cover. Receiving a £20 Sainsbury's voucher was the icing on the cake. Thank you Confused.com. Great service.”

“I found it disappointing that these online quotes raise one's hopes of a reasonable quote, but when one explores them more deeply one discovers that everything normally part of a quote in the past, is now an extra. This quote and others I explored, eventually added up to more than the quote I received by post and paid for over the phone, a safer way to pay than online. It was also better to talk to a real person and explain the situation. One thing I wanted to remove was 'eu insurance' : no one seemed able to do that. Since I don't expect to go in to Europe with this car, that section should have been an option, rather than more necessary items like windscreen insurance. This year was a traumatic but learning experience. Next year I won't bother with online. Too much of a waste of time. This is a general comment, not specifically abled at Confused.com Also I noticed how the cost of RAC road rescue varied from £9.90 up to £99. Not sure why.”
