“I was very happy with the confused.com website. It explained a lot of all the technical jargon that some people may not know and in easy to understand language. I liked how it kept my main details so I didn't have to keep refilling out the form over again and again I will certainly use confused.com again for my next insurance.”

“An interesting exercise. Good, but has issues; some quotes do not include for some of the cover areas requested, e.g. Protected NCB. Just adds hassle to the exercise. Then there is the unhelpful marketing ploy to upgrade the Cover; again unhelpful.”
