“GAVE LOTS OF OPTIONS AND WAS EASY TO FOLLOW-BUT -DID NOT REALISE I HAD TO PAY FOR THEM (THE INSURANCE CO.)TO TRANSFER TO THEM. SO THIS WAS A NEGATIVE FOR WHEN RENEWAL IS DUE. ALTHOUGH THIS IS NOT DOWN TO CONFUSED.COM”
