“It was pretty straight forward; it helps that details were already in the system and only needed updating. However I would like to see Confused matching or bettering the free offers from Compare the Market. I keep waiting but it does not happen; next year I may have to weigh up that potential cost of the free gift offer against whatever savings I make, providing of course my Confused quotes are cheaper than Compare the Market.”
