“I really appreciated the professionalism of the EPC technician: we had a brief conversation on the phone to confirm the price and appointment. It was a fixed time appointment rather than a four or five hours time slot practised by other companies. This was very valuable to me as I am quite busy. He was very reliable and turned up when he said he would. I was sent my invoice and my EPC the same evening. Highly recommended.”
