“Daniel arranged to visit my flat very quickly and then arrived exactly when he said he would ( not all on Google's top listed ones do I discovered). He set about surveying and sketching my flat very quickly and, as far as I could judge, very efficiently. He e mailed me the EPC within four hours of his vist and all at a reasonable price. I would strongly recommend his service J. Nixey”

Arrived on time, very knowledgeable, 'a breath of fresh air' to speak with, very friendly and extremely professional and speedy in carrying out the survey throughout my property. As promised Dan, completed the EPC and sent me a PDF document via Email, along with his invoice, which I paid directly online.
