Hi Mark, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in receiving your goods and your VAT invoice. We recently undertook a system upgrade intended to improve our overall service, but unfortunately, it caused unexpected operational delays that directly impacted your order. We completely understand how frustrating this is, particularly regarding your VAT invoice. Making this right for you is our top priority. A member of our team has reached out to you directly to personally send you the missing VAT invoice as it has now been generated. If you do not see it in your inbox, please let us know so we can ensure you have everything you need. Best regards, Complete Pump Supplies

“11 months ago I was ripped off by Pump Sales Direct who sold me a faulty pump and refused to help and wouldn’t give a refund. In contrast to that experience the lady who helped me at Complete Pump Supplies was able to advise which pump might suit my cellar best and then she ensured that it was with me the next day. Very happy with everything and the pump works perfectly.”

“I ordered a Booster Pump tank from this company and was really pleasantly surprised. Their customer service was excellent — they quickly confirmed the item was in stock. Even though I chose standard shipping, the package arrived the very next day. Delivery was free, and the product looks solid and well-made. I definitely recommend them!”

“Order was delayed so arranged to have it delivered to another address close by. Revised delivery came and driver took it to the original address where luckily my wife happened to be in. She explained the palletised delivery was supposed to go to a new address and could he take it there - just 250 meters around the corner. Was told “you’ve got two options, I leave it here or I take it back. Which one?”. Not a good experience overall.”
