“I was pleased overall with the service, and speedy delivery, but disappointed with the website experience, which didn't make it clear VAT was not included on any items, until the final stage of the checkout where all the VAT was added, meaning the price was a lot more than originally thought. Needs specifying more clearly i think. Otherwise a pleasant transaction.”

“Communication was excellent, I messaged the company about my item and within hours they rang me , in my opinion this is excellent service, the item I ordered was out of stock so the money was returned straight into my account , brilliant , thank you”

“Sorry to say but not good experience so far. Ordered some signs on Tues 19th April, delivery shown as expected 21st April. On 22nd April I sent email to ask when they were due as required immediately. No response to email but survey request came today Sat 23rd just after I had phoned Customer service and got no reply. Account is still showing as payment cleared being prepared for delivery on Sat 23rd.”
