“The website itself delivered I. Quite a few insurers / brokers to select from. Get set go was the company I opted for however there was very little communication from them and it was really up to me to boot up a pc and log into their website and find out that I couldnt download my policy documents without first uploading driving licence and proof of no claims. Well proof of no claims isn't available until current insurance runs out and insurer posts the proof. I then had to remember to login to get set go and upload a scanned copy. They never contacted me with any reminders . Once all was uploaded there was no communication from them to say the documents were accepted or were not accepted a d I could view my policy. Disappointing I. That respect”

“I got the chestest insurance I could find which is great though I tried to claim the lidl voucher and it just wouldn't work after several attempts so I feel like it was a con to get my business.”

“If it's NI, why are their quotes, which, when chosen, reveal property in NI is EXCLUDED? i.e. performance direct for home insurance. I was satisfied with another (though dearer) source - Tesco Bank.”

“I always check Compare NI for all our vehicles. It gives me a range of prices which I can then use to price check with local brokers. The local brokers generally are more competitive. Having said that it is good to have the facility & opportunity to compare online prices.”
