“I received 6 quotes on screen which were all I needed to get an idea of averages costs to expect whilst researching home buying. Unfortunately, I was then bombarded with 30+ emails and 12+ voicemails from prospective conveyancers. I didn't want to be contacted, I just wanted prices. I also think for 6 quotes, the amount of contact was OTT.”

“Since using Compare Conveyancing Quotes, I have been bombarded with repeated emails from all sorts of conveyancers, all requesting more information than provided to the website initially and mostly not actually offering quotes. I am still getting emails now weeks after I have chosen a conveyancer and appear to have individually remove myself from their mailing lists. The best quote I got was not provided by this site either. Not very well thought out. Still I could win an iPad so it isn't all bad.”

“I went on to your website to look at what the conveyancing fees are currently. I have to accept terms and conditions to see the 4 best quotes.i don't have an issue with this. The issue is that I get a phone call from one of the conveyancers with in minutes. I am then bombarded with emails. One conveyancer harmony law kept phoning me and emailing after I asked them to stop. You should have no contact policy unless I tick a box. Let me decide if I want to speak or contact them. I didn't bother with any of them as I felt it was all to much hard sell.”

“I used this service to get some idea of recent prices as it has been 10 years since we moved. I ticked the appropriate boxes saying there was no need to contact me as we are not yet ready. I have been continually emailed and phoned by at least three or four companies daily since.”
