“I received a lot of emails from solicitors all over the country, none from my local areas, and the prices were between £288 and £600, all for doing what amounts to 3 money transfers, a huge difference in prices for a VERY small job. the lack of detail in emails was shocking, several didn't even spell my name correctly, and if they weren't prepared to get that detail right, why would I trust them with my business? Getting someone's name incorrect when you have the TYPED information in front of you is just plain bad manners and complete lack of attention to detail .”

“Not very useful. Chosen firm declined to act, after accepting contract, because of business involvement in the purchase. In the end used same local solicitor, as vendor in house purchase. Costs and actions were very average, with slight problem, due to Solicitor, misunderstanding, which caused a breach of contract. Although this arose out of poor performance by my 2 banks, both of whom failed to uphold guarantee of payment transfers. Another horrendous house purchase experience”
