“I've worked through a number of advisers in the past and I find Mike to be among the best. He makes himself available at convenient times by phone and email, he's always very responsive and comes up with good solutions to meet my needs. He's very happy to answer as many questions as I have, to ensure I'm totally comfortable with his proposals, and will go the extra mile to get answers from providers when I need that level of reassurance. I've now given Mike repeat business and will continue to do so.”
