“Ordered an RS815+ from Compadvance, seller sent a much lesser model RS815. Call Customer Service to advise of the mistake and got told they need to contact their warehouse to find out what happened and arrange for the correct unit be sent. Was advised that I would get a call back the same day, no call came. No response to the e-mail sent overnight. Had to call again the following day to be told that their ordering system was to blame and the website should not have had been showing the RS815+, but it as an RS815. Asked to speak to someone senior, as Customer Support unhelpful in resolving the issue. Have been stalled and delayed, had the phone put down on me while waiting to speak to someone more senior, now being told I have to wait 4 days as everyone is unavailable. In the meantime, I have a unit that I can't supply as part of the system to my client. Very, very poor. Will never use again.”

“product stopped working after 3 days. sellers customer service very poor told me to send it back to Logitech. I was told it would be quicker than returning to seller seller Logitech said it would take 12 working days plus two weekends. If you value reviews, please do not buy this product or deal with this seller.”

As our returns policy requires the original order to be sent back before we can send out a replacement, we kindly provided the option of contacting Logitech as you needed this resolved as soon as possible. We had been assured by Logitech as we started selling these units that this would be a streamlined process. Nonetheless, the return was accepted after you informed us of this delay and a replacement was sent out on the same day that we received your faulty unit. We now have a few hundred happy customers who have purchased this product from our store, and we can only apologise for the rare and unfortunate issue you experienced. We will continue to learn from these experiences in order to better serve our customers.

“I have acquired a laptop through Compadvance, two weeks ago. It is a HP Renew. The product arrived very quickly and it is exactly at the condition described. Customer support so far was excellent, since I also needed to ask for a change in the invoice, to which they promptly responded. Therefore, I would definitely recommend Compadvance for your next IT purchase! :)”

“I cannot speak high enough of the service I received from this company Ordered the laptop for my wife on Tuesday evening, it was delivered Thursday morning. On the day of delivery i received three text message updates with the name & ETA of the driver. We are very happy with the machine & was a very competitive price, would not hesitate to purchase from the company again”

“Excellent service! I was a bit wary before buying from Compadvance, as I hadn't really heard of them before, but I have to say the service was top notch! It was easy to order my laptop, I was advised to make sure i was aware of any defects before purchasing (there weren't any on the one I ordered), and my laptop was well packaged and delivered the next day! I will use Comadvance again!”
