“Smooth transaction and the ordered goods were delivered quickly. The sort of level that one would expect in the "usual circumstances", the sad reality is that this sort of service is becoming an exception as most seem to cut costs at the expense of the customer experience that, in turn, leads to a larger churn. These guys "got it right" and I would most definitely order from them again!”

“Good company to do business with. Fast delivery, ahead of what was promised. I bought a HP laptop from the Renew program which was in mint condition. Only issue was that it was not 100% reset to factory settings. Could have done with slightly more comprehensive technical specification on the website. Had to search elsewhere to verify some details.”

“Product Samsung C410W arrived in good condition and is now providing a good service for my daughter who will be going to University in September it is hope to be able to print remotely via the UNI.'s Student network to our home network (looking into this at the moment). “Although the printer appears to work as expected I was a little disappointed that no one had made any attempt to make the unit look clean and free from dust even though it was a display unit. I have also attempted to find out if the colour and black cartridges are part filled or not. Perhaps some information on what to expect would have been good. Apart from my comments I am very pleased with the printer so far.”

“Goods were as described (Matrox DualHead2Go SE Edition). The item works well and was attractively priced. I found the documentation concerning return of goods (sent with the item) a little daunting, but as the requirement to return the goods has not arisen that is probably irrelevant. However, perhaps the conditions under which goods can be returned should be spelled out more clearly. (Distance Selling regulations notwithstanding). All in all my experience in dealing with this company was good.”
