“MY laptop (HP) developed a number of faults. Compadvanced listened and were totally supportive even waiting to get it fixed under guarantee until a lull in my work when I could afford to do without it. It was returned in 7 days fully fixed, having been collected from me. I cannot see how they could have helped more. Excellent after sales service. My particular thanks to the ever patient Kyle. customer have sent this mobile phone to manufacturer warranty repair which has been refused due to mechanical damages . Obviously , such damages are not being covered thus no support provided. I am sorry . How could you held Compadvance responsible for that ?

“I did a thorough search on CompAdvance Ltd before I purchased from them. All seemed OK. I was very pleased with the swift and efficient handling of my order but was most impressed by the "above and beyond" level of customer service. Kyle got in touch to inform me if I was planning to use the monitor and pc together I would need an additional lead which they hadn't got in stock.I ordered one which arrived on the same day as my order. So no delay in the use of my new gear. Helpful,knowledgeable staff are an important asset.I hope they are appreciated.Well done CompAdvance Ltd.”
