“Very fast delivery, well-packed and with checklist of pre-posting tests. Laptop as ordered and set up was easy. Slow speed at first but now with recommended downloads it is up to speed. 4 months HP warranty remaining. Notebook has amazing sound and graphics!”

All our HP Renew units comes with full HP warranty. Just send the email with proof of purchase (which is our invoice) to HP Tech support to validate full year warranty.

“Good quick service and computer all as detailed on ebay. Was packaged up in official HP box. Described as factory remanufactured by HP, well if it was, you could not tell, looked brand new to me. Definitely a good source to buy computers from and save a bit too if you are on a domestic rather than company budget. Email responses to queries very prompt too. Oh, nearly forgot, the postal charges to my address in south eastern Europe (I am now an expatriate from the UK) are very reasonable and if this company continue to provide such internatonal delivery it will be very useful for possible future purchases as computers of your choice are not always easy to obtain in my new country.”
