“A month and a half ago we purchased a projector from them. It was described as an out of the package, new, undamaged and tested SVGA projector. When arrived the projector was not working. I contacted them and they claimed it was tested and advised that I contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer picked up the projector and found out it was broken on the inside, and faulty. They then shipped us a new unit, but then also notified us that the UNIT in fact does not not support SVGA. I then contracted Compuadvance, who have been stalling over over a month and a half with unsigned email with vague answers and no progress. They have my money for selling a product that was faulty and not as described. I demanded to return the product or replace it with a product that fits the description, but compuadvance is still doing nothing about it besides making excuses like "I will ask the manager", The manager is travelling outside at the moment" and so on, trying to charge me extra for replacing the product for an older model that supports the features as described, ignoring the time wasted and what I went through.”

“Fast free delivery - 48 hours, excellent tracking of progress with the carrier. Instant SMS notifications and on-line delivery options. In my case I opted for collecting from a shop nearby so was able to get my parcel during work hours. I bought an HP AIO PC, at a better price than Jon Lewis, Currys or Amazon. All 100% in good order.”

“I researched many site and reviews looking for my new laptop. I came across this one. So pleased I did, never looked back. Excellent laptop. Excellent delivery service. I have not even had to contact them as I've had no issues with my new laptop as of yet. However, if I do need too, I am sure from the service I've had so far, I would be very happy. “Quick delivery and good service. A little difficult if you have no knowledge of computers to set up as without the correct date and time settings you couldn't register windows or do much of anything. Luckily I had some help but otherwise it could have been a long and expensive call. But otherwise I am very Happy with my laptop so far and but for the time settings issue would have given five stars.”

“The condition was listed as new but it was clearly opened and used. It was not supplied with the correct cable either. Communications was prompt when querying why delivery was taking so long. The product itself works fine though.”
