“Good overall service, excellent communication throughout, and excellent courier service, as far as the actual product was concerned, not so thrilled you pay for what you get, although this item does work it had seen better days and ok if I was Rumanian it's a good job there are loads of pictures that are self explanatory, as this item is only a stop gap I am not too concerned.”

“I purchased an HP renew laptop from these guys as a gift for my father. I had reservations of its 'renew' label at first, but I was assured over the phone that it was effectively a brand new product that had been returned unused.
